On request and depending on the volume of the order and staff availability, we can generally return your translation, whether it is a document or a contract, on the same day. One factor that makes this possible is the time difference between Germany and the USA. As an example, you contact us at 5pm with the request for an urgent German-English translation. In the case of American English, we will send your text to a translator in New York. The time difference between Berlin and New York is minus 6 hours. This gives the translator enough time to attend to the translation of your document or contract. The translation will then be sent to you by e-mail or, if you wish, by express letter.

It is best to send us your texts directly by e mail. We will send you the finished translation by e-mail or, if you wish, by post.

Express surcharge
By ‘express translations’ we mean orders that are to be completed within 24 to 48 hours. For 24-hour translations, we levy an express surcharge of 80 percent; for 48-hour translations an express surcharge of 40 percent applies. We are also available to translate your texts or documents on weekends. The weekend surcharge is between 40 and 80 percent.
